I highly recommend using this father/son combo (Dexter & Levi). I called them in the morning after our AC stopped working during a storm and they came out the same afternoon to diagnose the problem. I don't normally post many reviews, but I just knew I had to due to this being possibly the best service I've ever had, and I've had many wonderful experiences with businesses. Earlier today I was at home and a thunderstorm began. Not too long into the storm, I hear an extremely loud boom and not even a second later, lightning hits my house. My power cuts off for a second or two but then resumes, so I think nothing of it. After a couple of hours, I notice it had become really hot in my house, and the the AC unit outside had stopped working. My husband called Certified Central Air maybe around 4:30 pm, and they tried to tell him how to reset the unit so we didn't have to pay any money. Unfortunately, that didn't work. My husband calls back and states it's still not working. They told my husband they'd be coming to diagnose and attempt to fix the issue. We were sure we wouldn't see anyone today. The work day for most was over, it's a Friday, and most importantly, it's still storming. Within an hour, they arrived. One of the kindest individuals I've ever had the pleasure of meeting (who happened to be the owner) arrives in his vehicle, diagnoses the issue, and fixes it out in the pouring rain. Instead of charging us for the part he filed it under warranty so it wouldn't cost us a dime, and barely charged anything for his time. My husband and I were sure that anywhere else would've quoted us at least 4x more to figure out the issue, and definitely would have charged us for the part. He was incedibly kind, professional, here as quick as he possibly could've been even though it was pouring rain, and overall just a wonderful individual. I truly wish there were more people in the world like Mr. Bufkin. If you're looking for someone for your air, heat, installation services, ductwork, or refrigeration needs, I implore you to look no further and choose Central Certified Air.
